The participants of the Conference and accompanying persons (who need entry visas to Russian Federation) are kindly asked to fill in and send to the Organizing Committee the questionnaire form (from this web-site) before March 15, 2009. In addition send, please before March 15, 2009 the copies of passport pages reflecting name, sex, passport number, date of issue and date of expire, place and date of birth. It is desirable to send all these data by e-mail (copy of the passport in .jpg format) to Prof. V.Samarin ( or by fax +7-8352-630459 (to Prof. V.Samarin). Upon receipt of the required personal data Moscow State Open University together with Foreign Affairs Ministry of Russian Federation will send to the participants an official invitation by mail, fax or e-mail with which they should apply to the Russian Consulate for their visas. The participants are asked to acknowledge receipt of the invitation and the visa.

The registration fee amounting to 250 euros for participants and 150 euros for accompanying persons should be paid in cash during registration at the Conference. It includes the cost of invitation processing, the book of abstracts, the banquet, the reception, cultural events and transfer. Transfer from airport to the hotel and back to the airport in Cheboksary is provided for. If it will be necessary, transfer in Moscow from airport to the railway station for transportation to Cheboksary can be organized too. The Organizing Committee will arrange transportation from the airport/railway terminals to the ChPI MGOU based on exact travel plans. So please inform us about the date, flight/train number and time of your arrival and departure from Cheboksary as soon as you book/purchase your travel tickets. See the person with the tablet "NUCLEUS-2009" at the terminal.

The registration fee for the citizens of Russia and countries of CIS and staff of Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR, Dubna, Russia) amounts 800 rubles, if the participant pays into account in advance (until May 10, look at Russian text of First announcement). If the participant pays fee during registration, it will amount 1000 rubles. The Organizing Committee has the limited possibility of financial support of young scientists from Russia and countries of CIS, whose age is less than 35 years. Participants of Conference from Russia and countries of CIS pay expenditures on transport, accommodation and meals on their own.
